Lauri is a trained chef who, among other things, has studied and worked at the Slagteriskolen cooking school in Roskilde, Denmark. Today he belongs to the Estonian Association of Chefs*. Lauri has worked as a chef and waiter in several prestigious restaurants. He also works as a personal trainer, which is a reason why healthy food has a particularly important place in his life. After he found the right partner, it was decided together that it was time to open their own catering business.
Kristi is also a trained chef. Worked in various reputable restaurants and catering establishments. The biggest plus of Kristi is that although she is proud of her achievements, she will not stick to it! Always striving higher and farther.
