How To Get Started With Wedding Catering Planning

Catering planning is an important step in your big day preparations. We recommend that you start by filling out our inquiry form, which will provide us with the necessary information to prepare an initial quote for you. Our offers are always tailored based on seasonality and your personal preferences, so we do not offer standard package solutions.

What else to consider?

In addition to dinner, there are several other elements to think about:

  • Welcome snacks: Offer guests something lighter upon arrival.
  • Early Gathering: If guests arrive several hours before dinner, consider serving food earlier, whether it’s a hearty appetizer, a favorite salad, or a special dish that’s important to you. Also offer beverages such as water or craft sodas.
  • Special diet: Our buffet menu takes into account the most common food intolerances as well as vegan and vegetarian options. However, if your guests include special diets, please be sure to let us know.
  • Children’s Menu: If children are also participating in the dinner, please let us know their dietary preferences.

After approval of the initial menu, we invite you to a tasting to discuss the details and taste the dishes.

Our experienced bartender will share with you the secrets of the art of making cocktails, offering both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
