Lauri and Kristi are an enterprising couple who have previously worked in various prestigious restaurants and catering establishments. After several years, there was a desire to take a break from all of this and try to start running their own business. Starting with a home kitchen, thanks to our customers, we were able to grow big enough in a short time to open our own kitchen. Lauri is a trained chef who, among other things, has studied and worked at the Slagteriskolen cooking school in Roskilde, Denmark. Today he belongs to the Estonian Association of Chefs*. Lauri has worked as a chef and waiter in several prestigious restaurants. He also works as a personal trainer, which is a reason why healthy food has a particularly important place in his life.
